Welcome to Nurture Geelong

Nurture Geelong offers mental health support to mothers, fathers, and caregivers through every stage of the perinatal and early parenting journey. We provide compassionate, evidence-based care during pregnancy and the postpartum period, helping parents navigate the emotional, psychological, and relational changes that can accompany welcoming a new baby.

"If a community values its children, it must cherish its caregivers."
— John Bowlby

Our Story

At Nurture Geelong, we provide compassionate psychological support for mothers, while also welcoming fathers, partners and caregivers as they navigate the transition to parenthood and family life.

We understand that becoming a mother is one of life's most significant and vulnerable transitions. Every mother's experience is unique, and we believe every mother deserves a space where she feels heard, understood and supported without pressure or judgement.

Our hope is to nurture women through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood, supporting their emotional wellbeing and helping to reduce the burden of perinatal mental health difficulties, burnout and the invisible load that so many mothers carry.

We also recognise that healthy families are built through connected relationships. For this reason, we welcome fathers, partners and caregivers into our practice, offering support as they navigate their own experiences while strengthening the relationships that surround a growing family.

At Nurture Geelong, our aim is to provide a safe, compassionate space where individuals and families can feel supported, understood and empowered to thrive.
